Newmark Grubb Knight Frank

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank opened their Washington, DC office in 2000, providing consulting, leasing advisory and investment sales services. FMS collaborated with LSM, renovated this office space in 2015.

In order to create a strong workplace identity and comprehensive set of amenities, FMS provided a highly luminous office environment, exposed structure interiors with acoustic ceiling pads. To maximize ceiling height where possible, shallow housing fixtures of 4.5′ or less were specified in key public spaces. Narrow linear diffuse lights were also used in the coves between ceiling pads, providing general illumination and highlight exposed structure.
