When Central Insurance outgrew the 1975 addition to their original office, they engaged Flad Architects to revamp their headquarters to support their growing company. The new 170,000 square foot facility is an expansion and complete renovation to their existing building. FMS worked with the team to design the lighting for the offices, training area, dining hall, building façade and landscape.
