Reagan Bowen
Designer

Ms. Bowen became aware of the world of Lighting Design as an architecture student while studying at the University of Cincinnati. Light’s ability to transform architecture captivated her, and she became fascinated with how light defines the human experience of a space.
While interning at FMS, Reagan had the opportunity to tour Little Island and some of the other incredible FMS projects, personally witnessing how lighting design animates and supports the surrounding world.
Reagan enjoys exploring new, unfamiliar ideas related to building techniques, such as earth-rammed architecture, which she experimented with while participating in the making of a site-specific art installation featuring several earth-rammed sculptures designed by artist Rand Abdul Jabbar at the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Having grown up in Columbus, Ohio, Reagan enjoys spending time outdoors, especially exploring caves and hiking in the Appalachian Mountains. As an avid reader, her favorite book is East of Eden by John Steinbeck. She also enjoys poetry and listening to music.
