Seth Margolies
Designer
Mr. Margolies has been exploring light as a medium of expression since the first time he held a 35mm camera when he was six years old. Ever the tinkerer, he has always looked for ways to create, build and inspire, using light as the primary theme of his work.
After a decade lighting films, television and commercials, Seth decided to expand his practice beyond the edges of a camera frame and into our built environment through pursuing a master’s degree in Architectural Lighting Design from KTH in Stockholm, Sweden. His earlier work in high end marketing has led to a keen eye for detail and an ability to quickly problem solve under any circumstance.
Outside of the office Seth enjoys meandering through museums, cooking, reading, and creating works of art. Anything that will keep his hands busy, his clothes dirty and his mind active.
