This 44 story luxury apartment tower is situated adjacent to the bucolic 18-acre setting of the United Nations, with views of the 1952 Secretariat and General Assembly buildings, Manhattan skyline and the East River.
FMS developed an exterior lighting scheme to accentuate the curving lines of the structure and its tower and interior lighting complementing the warm granite, marble and wood of the lobby. A cascading water feature within the lobby, sparkles with light, while the health club and pool a glow with diffuse white light, promoting a clean and open environment.
