The Expedia Group Headquarters represents a unique blend of adaptive reuse and hospitality-oriented design. The interior showcases open, highly flexible workspaces with a variety of meeting and common areas to accommodate the various work typologies of the travel platform company. An expansive atrium and food hall offers unique on-site amenities and alternate work spaces for employees.

With expansive views of Elliott Bay, the 41-acre site is composed of highly activated outdoor spaces featuring an outdoor amphitheater, walking trails, sports fields, intimate courtyards, and a large dynamic water feature welcoming employees and guests.

The lighting is designed to support the program and provide flexible strategies for an adaptable workplace in the future. Light levels are varied throughout the buildings to provide areas of focus, collaboration, and intimacy.
