Delivering guests the highest quality in luxury and lavishness the Ty Warner Suite, approximately 4,300 sq ft., occupies the entire 52nd floor of the landmark Four Seasons Hotel in Manhattan. The sprawling suite provides visitors with unobstructed views of Central Park and the New York skyline.

FMS designed the lighting to be a seamless complement to the interior design, enhancing the rich space and each carefully selected custom finish and rare furnishing.

The Ty Warner Suite is currently the most expensive per-night hotel suite in the United States. The total construction cost is estimated at $50 million.
