This 14,000 square-foot office space in lower Manhattan features an open atmosphere design with large windows and unobstructed views of the Hudson River. Crisp, bright illuminated ceilings rhythmically feature the warm tone exposed concrete structure. Illumination of column dropheads and concrete deck elevates and lightens the raw space and allows for clean uncluttered ceilings.

Localized downlight illumination is layered in the space to highlight work stations for added brightness on the task plan. Feature walls, art, and furniture pieces are accented to provide dramatic focal elements and interest throughout the office.
