This mixed-use project includes 252,000 square feet of luxury and boutique retail, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and entertainment; 92,000 square feet of state-of-the-art, office space; and 279 residential units.
Collaborating with Gensler and OliverMcMillan, FMS developed the lighting for the exterior realm of landscaped walkways and treelined streets. The selected fixtures provide practical lighting to enhance the pedestrian experience and dramatic highlights on the façade landmarks. The result is an inviting, vibrant and comprehensive dining and shopping experience that evokes the character and elegance of Rodeo Drive.
