St. Regis Cairo / The Nile Corniche

The Nile Corniche is a 197,000 square meter mixed-use development, located on the banks of Nile, in the heart of Cairo. This luxury complex features two towers above a podium with a retail atrium, and below-grade service and parking. The towers accommodate offices, retail, a six-star St. Regis hotel, serviced apartments, luxury condominiums and restaurants.

FMS collaborated with Michael Graves Architecture & Design, to feature the towers’ exterior façade and landscape. Intricate lighting details highlight the public and amenity areas, while providing a soft, layered atmosphere for guest rooms and serviced apartments.
