Paul Marantz FIALD IES
Founder/Consulting Design Principal
With training in architecture, architectural lighting, and industrial design, Paul is an internationally recognized leader in the lighting industry. Throughout his career he has been involved in many facets of lighting research and the development of new lighting technology.

Charles G Stone II FIALD IES LC LEED AP BD+C
President
Charles' thirty plus years of experience encompass both architectural and theatrical projects, including award winning lighting for projects ranging from concert halls to transportation centers. He is a frequent lecturer at University programs and professional conferences around the world.

Hank Forrest IALD IES LC LEED AP BD+C
Senior Associate Principal
Hank's lighting experience runs the gamut from libraries, museums, historic renovations, casinos, and residences to the Washington Monument. Before joining FMS, he worked as a lighting and technical consultant to photographers throughout North America.

Joseph Mastellone
Chief Financial Officer
Joe is a graduate of Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. Before joining FMS he worked for eleven years in a public accounting firm. At FMS he provides internal financial management for all projects. He is our Quality Management Representative and is ISO 9001 trained.

Zack Zanolli IES USA829 LEED AP
Associate Principal
Zack returned to FMS in 2003 after a fourteen-year tenure as Lighting Director at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. At the MET, he designed the lighting for over two hundred exhibits which included sensitive materials ranging from 4000-year-old Egyptian textiles to extremely light-sensitive contemporary photographs.

Enrique Garcia Carrera Associate IALD IES LEED AP BD+C
Associate Principal
Enrique's professional experience encompasses twenty years as a lighting designer in New York and Mexico City. His projects include airports, transportation centers, museums, corporate headquarters and performing arts centers. He won an IALD Awards of Excellence for his work on the Chek Lap Kok Airport, Hong Kong and Korea Development Bank, Seoul. Enrique is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.

Margo Wiltshire Associate IALD IES LC LEED AP BD+C
Associate Principal
Margo received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati. Her portfolio ranges from extensive residential work to complex civic developments. Margo has received numerous lighting design awards; most recently an IALD Award of Merit for a residential loft in California and an IES Illumination Award of Merit for Armstrong Oil & Gas Headquarters.

Michael G Hemmenway IES LEED AP BD+C
Associate
Michael comes to FMS with a background in theatrical lighting and set design, architecture and photography. His project portfolio spans wide; featuring projects from retail and hospitality to cultural institutions to large scale commercial and civic developments. Michael’s dynamism for light has recently earned him several accolades including an IALD Award of Merit for the Chanel Wynn Encore and an IES Illumination Award of Merit for 2000 Avenue of the Stars in California.

Paula Martinez-Nobles Associate IALD IES LEED AP BD+C

As of December 2011, we are proud to announce Paula as an Associate. Paula came to FMS in 2005 after receiving a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with an emphasis in Lighting Design, as well as a minor in Architectural Design from Penn State University. Paula is our newest team leader; she is deeply committed to her craft and consistently offers insightful, logical design concepts. In her spare time, she explores her passion in photography and painting, and spends time with her family.

Vadim Ternovski
IT Manager
Vadim is an Information Technology professional with over fifteen years of experience. He received his Bachelor of Science from Pace University and brought a unique combination of educational background, leadership and management expertise within technology-driven industries.

Lauren received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida where she studied Advertising with a special focus in creative design.
