Enrique Garcia Carrera
Associate Principal

Enrique Garcia Carrera studied exhibition and stage design in Mexico; where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design. During his industrial design studies, he developed two projects that included lighting components that piqued his interest in lighting. After moving to New York City, Enrique subsequently earned an MFA in Architectural Lighting Design from Parsons School of Design.
After 27 years as a lighting designer, Enrique brings extensive experience and lessons learned to each project – “what works and what has not; and the knowledge that something new and exciting will be created based on our experience and creativity.”
Enrique treasures the time he spends with his family and is passionate about music, tennis and drawing.
