Vadim Ternovski
Senior Associate | IT Manager
With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Vadim brings a rare blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of how IT drives modern businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Pace University and plays a key role in supporting FMS’s growing national presence, ensuring seamless technology integration across offices in New York, Seattle, and Austin. His work helps bridge the gap between creative vision and the digital infrastructure that powers it.
Outside of the office, Vadim is a passionate advocate for lifelong fitness. He’s a certified personal trainer, a certified cave and mixed-gas SCUBA diver, and a National Ski Patrol associate. He also volunteers with U.S. Ski & Snowboard, an Olympic sports organization, and enjoys recreational ski racing in his spare time.
