Jane L. Wechsler
Office Manager / Business Development

Ms. Wechsler remembers the fall of 2012 when lower Manhattan was without power for four days and five nights following hurricane Sandy. The overwhelmingly intense darkness brought home the critical place that light holds in human civilization.
Jane’s MFA and BFA studies in Photography taught that image making was about light. Following her studies, her photographs of NY Harbor and European circuses gave evidence that each image is solely created by LIGHT. On a more practical level, she has spent over 20 years in administration, marketing and communications for prestigious, award winning architecture and design firms.
Away from the office, Jane ushers on Broadway and teaches a bi-monthly hatha yoga class. She enjoys swimming, reading and draws extensively. She is preparing a book of theatre drawings: Drawn to Theatre, a curious visual journal in sepia and black ink of countless nights before the curtain. An accomplished fiber artist, her one-of-a-kind hats and “green-grocer” gloves have sold privately and in NYC at Julie Artisan Gallery and at stores like Bergdorf Goodman.
