Ms. Perez first came to FMS as an intern, and an undergraduate student and was delighted with the opportunities presented during her initial time here. Eva’s passion for life-long learning, is a perfect fit with FMS as this is a key element of our highly specialized discipline and office culture. Eva returned to FMS fulltime in 2022, after graduating with a BS in Architecture from the University of Maryland.

From an early age Eva has loved math, science and design, initially using Legos to build out her ideas. Her mom played an important role as Eva was growing up – always drawing her attention to details and good design. While on a high school visit to Spain, Eva was ‘blown away’ when she saw the Alhambra and knew, she would pursue the study of Architecture in college.

Outside of the office, Eva’s been passionate about cooking since before she could see over the counter edge. She enjoys baking and cooking and is keen on seasonal dishes, creating stews and soups in the fall and winter. She also enjoys painting small still life watercolors as well as working online creating digital art.
